The Community Service Committee would like to take this time to thank all the membership for their patience during the strike. It took all of us working together to make it as pleasant as possible. A “big” special thanks to all the volunteers who took time out of their busy schedules to help. As you know, the Heart Association Fundraiser is ending June 30. We would like to thank everyone for his or her donations and contributions, as always this is a wonderful cause. We will have our total monies raised announced in the next newsletter.

The Community Services Committee performs the important task of providing help for members and their families in time of need. The committee works through public and private organizations to assure that problems faced by members in emergency situations receive the required attention. |
